We started the initial business relationship to manage their monthly radio advertising campaigns. We also consulted on trimming back marketing budgets that were spread out to too many vendors without any strategic direction.
Overhauled their website in 2010. The client mistrusted their previous website vendors and put off their redesign for several years until they learned and liked our website design project management process.
Commenced Google Adwords campaign management in 2013. Within the first year of our digital marketing management, their first time phone call leads volume rose by 40%. New website form fill leads rose by over 100%. We reduced their cost per lead by 70%. To this day, their Google Adwords campaign contributes at least 40% of their monthly first time callers lead volume for both their residential and commercial business. After 11+ years of digital marketing management, their annual profit continues to grow.
Launched another more modern website in 2016.
In 2023 we commenced new multi-media advertising and branding initiatives including a logo refresh and full website redesign.
Year over year sales continue to rise as we expand the client’s branding across the state of Indiana.
